These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and milwine ("milwine", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at milwine.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the milwine platform — including its sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and all associated payment and account services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

milwine reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method verification — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on milwine. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any bonuses or pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. milwine will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify milwine immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Your milwine account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, shared, or otherwise made available to any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their personal details remain current and accurate at all times. If your registered mobile number, email address, or bank account details change, you must update your milwine profile promptly. Outdated details may cause delays or complications with withdrawals and account verification.

milwine maintains the right to conduct periodic account reviews, including verification of identity, payment methods, and gaming activity. All financial transactions on milwine are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). milwine does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges as per their standard terms.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your milwine account are available for wagering immediately upon successful settlement. The minimum deposit threshold is Rs 200 PKR. Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. milwine does not accept cash deposits or third-party transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day of submission. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. milwine reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 PKR.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
• Where an account has received a bonus, applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• milwine reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests in accordance with our AML policy.
• In cases of suspected fraud or policy violation, milwine may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.

Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from gaming winnings in their jurisdiction. milwine does not withhold or remit tax on behalf of players.

milwine offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

General bonus rules applicable to all milwine promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by location, account status, or payment method.
• A bonus must be accepted within the timeframe stated in the promotional communication. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Incomplete wagering will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.

All bets placed on milwine are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the respective sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

Sports Betting: All sports bets — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other markets offered on milwine — are accepted at milwine's absolute discretion. milwine reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time where there is evidence of irregular activity, where a market has been published in error, or where bet acceptance would compromise platform integrity.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. milwine cannot guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout an event. Technical disruptions, data feed delays, or integrity concerns may result in temporary suspension of in-play markets without advance notice.

Casino & Arcade Games: All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, God Fish Slicing, and Monster Hi-Lo — operate using certified random number generation. Game outcomes are determined independently of milwine's systems. Where a game malfunctions during play, the round will be voided and any stakes returned. milwine is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.

milwine sets minimum and maximum bet limits across all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on milwine and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using milwine to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one milwine account, whether under the same or different details.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting milwine's support team to resolve the matter.

milwine employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, milwine may freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a full review before determining the appropriate course of action.

All content on the milwine platform — including but not limited to the milwine brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of milwine or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the milwine platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any milwine software.

milwine uses your personal data to provide platform services, verify your identity, process transactions, fulfil regulatory obligations, send promotional communications where you have opted in, and improve the overall player experience. milwine does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banks.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any decisions made by a player in connection with their gaming activity, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Gaming on milwine involves financial risk. Winnings are not guaranteed. Players should never wager more than they can afford to lose. milwine provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity — it is each player's responsibility to use them.

By the Player: You may close your milwine account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable withdrawal verification process.

By milwine: milwine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which milwine holds its international gaming licence. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, except where local mandatory consumer protection laws in Pakistan require otherwise.

milwine acknowledges that many of its players are based in Pakistan and endeavours to operate in a manner that is transparent, fair, and respectful of Pakistani players' rights and reasonable expectations. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of Pakistani law applicable to you, the applicable Pakistani law provision shall prevail to the extent of that conflict only.

In the event of a dispute between you and milwine, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication without recourse to formal legal proceedings.

milwine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, milwine will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or urgent platform circumstances.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published at milwine.net/terms-conditions, with the effective date clearly displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of milwine after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change. Instructions for account closure are set out in Section 11 of these Terms.
